Tuko is a powerful community-based mobile application designed to improve public safety and security by addressing the challenges of crime reporting and emergency response.
It provides citizens with a fast and reliable way to report incidents and receive immediate assistance from designated responders.
Users can report ongoing incidents like vehicular accidents, fires, calamities, or crimes. The app allows users to record video/photos and submit them with the incident's location. (UI/UX designed for intuitive and quick reporting)
All photos and videos sent to the Tuko Contact Center are automatically encrypted. Users have the option to report as themselves, as a company, or anonymously.
Features a map-based display using ciminal pattern analysis to show local crime reports, providing localized crime alerts and a criminal bulletin board.
Provides a list of incidents with status indicators (e.g., assigned, pending, resolved, closed). Users can view details including location on a map, description, and the ability to like and comment on the report.
Depending on the subscription type (Basic, VIP, Group, Tourist), users receive services such as monitoring and notification to police or hospitals, and even the dispatch of a private ambulance or patrol guard. This service fills the gap in public security forces.
